These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fiftee mobile application, website and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing or using Fiftee, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 12 years old to use Fiftee. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use Fiftee only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. User account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.

3. Using the Platform

Fiftee is a social sports platform designed to connect athletes, clubs and fans. You agree to use the Platform in a respectful and legal manner. You agree not to:

  • Publish content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate;
  • Impersonate others or provide false information;
  • Use the Platform for commercial purposes without our prior written consent;
  • Attempt to interfere with the proper operation of the Platform.

4. Contents

You retain ownership of the content you post (photos, videos, comments, etc.) on Fiftee. However, by posting content, you grant Fiftee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

Only sports-related content is permitted on the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to: training, competitions, events, fitness programs, sports commentary, club activities and athlete interactions. Content that is clearly unrelated to sport may be removed without notice.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.

5. Property

All intellectual property on the Platform (except user-generated content) is owned by or licensed to Fiftee. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms or applicable laws. You may also delete your account at any time.

7. Disclaimer of liability

Fiftee is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be secure or error-free, or that content will always be available.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fiftee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

9. Modifications to the Conditions

We may update these Terms at any time. If we do, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page and, in some cases, by providing you with a more prominent notice.
